Cheryl's County Fair Succhini Bread Ingredients 3 eggs1 c. oi l1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. grated orange peel 2 c. grated zucchini 3 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 c. chopped walnuts Method Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add the oil, sugar, salt, cinnamon, orange peel, zucchini andvanilla. Mix well.Combine the flour, soda, baking powder and walnuts and add to above mixture. Bake at 325degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
