Chestnuts aren't just for roasting, try these, quick, easy and delicious recipes
Ingredients
10 amareto biscuits
250g 9oz chestnut purée
150ml 1/4 lightly whipped cream
50g 13/4 chopped toblerone or White chocolate
Method
1) Crush around 10 amaretto biscuits and put in the bottom of your glasses
2) mix together the chestnut purée and the cream, spoon on top of the biscuits and sprinkle with the chopped chocolate
