Spicy Chicken Appetizer
Ingredients
1 pound Chicken breast -- boneless Cubed 3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder 1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce 3 Cloves Garlic -- minced 1 tablespoon Chives -- snipped 1 1/2 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup Nonfat Yogurt 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
Method
1. Trim fat from chicken, put in a food processor.
2.Add the chili powder, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chives and vinegar.
3.Process until finely chopped. 3. Form the mixture into little balls.
4. Coat a non-stick frying pan with no-stick spray. Heat on Medium high. Add the meat and cook throughly, about 4 minutes on each side. 5. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and mustard. Use for dipping. |
